The pull-up bar can be used not only for pull-ups but also for hanging exercises and stretching the back and shoulders. The metal brackets included for attaching to the door frame ensure that the bar stays securely in place. Thanks to the quick-release mechanism of the brackets, you can easily remove the chin-up bar from the door when not in use. Note: Do not use in doorways wider than 91 cm. Suitable for door frames 67–91 cm wide. The chin-up bar is made of durable steel. With fixed brackets, it is safe to use. The brackets include a quick-release mechanism for removing the bar.
