Terms of Sale and Delivery
1. Seller and Scope of Application
ErgoFinland Oy (Business ID 2903070-5) sells products and services to business customers (B2B) and consumers (B2C). These terms apply to all orders placed via ErgoFinland Oy’s online store and other sales channels, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Mandatory consumer protection legislation applies to consumer sales. For business customers, these terms apply in full.
2. Products and Prices
Product features and prices are presented in the online store. Prices are shown inclusive and exclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices, product assortment and delivery charges. The prices valid at the time of order apply.
3. Ordering and Contract Formation
A binding contract is formed when the customer places an order and ErgoFinland Oy confirms it by email. We reserve the right to refuse an order for justified reasons (e.g. pricing errors or availability).
4. Payment Methods
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party payment service providers under their own terms.
5. Delivery Methods and Costs
Available delivery methods and related costs are displayed during checkout. Delivery costs are added to the total order amount. Partial deliveries may be made.
6. Delivery Time
Delivery times are estimates only:
- Finland: typically 2–5 business days
- Other EU countries: typically 7–15 business days
We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
7. Retention of Title
Products remain the property of ErgoFinland Oy until full payment has been received.
8. Right of Withdrawal – Consumers
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods in accordance with consumer protection legislation. Notice of withdrawal must be sent to myynti@ergofinland.fi.
The customer is responsible for return costs unless otherwise agreed.
9. Returns – Business Customers
Business customers have no statutory right of return. Returns are accepted only if separately agreed in writing.
10. Defects and Complaints
The customer must inspect the delivery without delay. Complaints must be made within 14 days of receipt. Consumer sales follow mandatory consumer protection rules.
11. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect damages unless mandatory law requires otherwise. For business customers, liability is limited to the value of the order.
12. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Finnish law applies. Consumer disputes may be referred to the Consumer Disputes Board. Business disputes shall be resolved by the Helsinki District Court.
