For occupational health professionals

Your recommendation shouldn't stop at paper

You identify the strain factor and recommend a solution. What happens next — sourcing, pricing and adjustment — is the part we take off your desk.

Where it usually stops

You carry out the workplace assessment, identify the strain factor and recommend a solution. After that, the employer needs to know where the product comes from, what it costs and how it is adjusted correctly.

That is usually where it stops. The purchase is postponed, the wrong model is ordered online, or the chair is never adjusted — and the same problem is waiting for you at the next visit.

We have worked with occupational health professionals for decades. This page sets out what you can ask of us.

What you can ask of us

A 14-day trial at your client's desk

We deliver the chair, mouse, keyboard or other product you have recommended to the employee's own workstation, anywhere in Finland, for two weeks — then collect it. They test it in their real work, not in a showroom, and we can extend the trial if the job calls for it.

A quote to the employer within 24 hours

When the trial ends, the employer receives a price for exactly the model and configuration you recommended. You never have to take a position on price or procurement.

Adjustment instructions in Finnish and Swedish

Written instructions to hand to the employee, so the product is actually used the way it was meant to be. If needed we come and set it up on site — or walk the employee through the adjustments over a live video call, wherever they work.

Product knowledge and honest comparison

We will tell you which model suits which kind of strain — and when the answer isn't a product at all. We can also run a short product session for your team, with samples to try.

A person, not a queue

Your request goes to the specialist who covers your client's region, and a real person replies within one to two business days. No general customer service queue.

Your assessment is used, not repeated

If a statement has been issued or a workplace assessment carried out, we take it as the starting point rather than duplicating work you have already done.

We don't pay commissions or referral fees for recommending our products, and we won't ask you to commit to any brand. If another solution serves your client better, say so.

How it works

  1. You get in touch. Tell us what you have recommended and for whom — a few lines is enough.
  2. We deliver the trial product straight to the employee's workstation. Delivery and collection are on us.
  3. The employer receives a quote within 24 hours, for the model you recommended.
  4. We deliver and adjust. The product is installed and set up correctly — on site or over a live video call — and the employee gets written instructions.
  5. You hear how it ended. We tell you whether the purchase went ahead, so you can see where your recommendation led.

Request a trial

Request a trial product for your client

Tell us what you have recommended and which employer it is for. A few lines is enough — we contact the employer and agree the delivery with them.

You do not need to send us the employee's personal details. We reply within one to two business days.

Your request goes to the specialist who covers your client's region.
