Our client Insplan Oy expanded its operations last year, with which the office premises have also changed in some locations. Insplan's offices are located in eight different cities and they are Porvoo, Espoo, Turku, Tampere, Joensuu, Jyväskylä, Seinäjoki and Rovaniemi. We were involved in renewing the offices in Porvoo and Espoo. The well-being of the staff is very important to Insplan and this is why they chose ErgoFinland to design and implement ergonomic workstations for their offices.
In addition to ergonomic workstations, we designed and implemented a larger meeting room for Insplan's Espoo location. Meetings can stretch for a long time, and sometimes the entire day may be spent in these spaces. For this reason, Insplan wanted to also invest in the ergonomics of their meeting spaces.

All our wishes were excellently taken into account, and we received outstanding ergonomic workstations for every need. Additionally, the installation of the furniture was included in the service, which was also a fantastic thing!
We are very satisfied with our workstations and that everything went so smoothly. We first discussed with our own team what wishes and needs everyone has regarding their own workstation. In addition, we considered which workstations are open to everyone, meaning that convertibility in them should be taken into special consideration.
Each workstation is designed and implemented with careful consideration to ensure the best possible ergonomics for the worker. Every employee is an individual, which means that workstations are designed and implemented according to the individual's needs and wishes. This is also how we proceeded with Insplan. We conducted an extensive survey of the employees' needs and wishes for ergonomic workstations, taking into account the office spaces and facilities. Once the survey was completed, we designed individual ergonomic workstations for each employee with the experts at ErgoFinland.
For ErgoFinland, it's important that we can serve our customers comprehensively. This means that our customers can focus peacefully on their own business while we take care of setting up ergonomic workstations on a turnkey basis. Insplan's employees were able to concentrate on their own work, and we delivered and installed workstations for each employee.
